With her PhD in Measurement & Statistics, Kimberly has 25+ years applying educational data science and cloud-based technology to drive innovative workforce, education, and healthcare training programs. Kimberly has built—from idea to impact—four startups in larger for-profit (e.g., Pearson, AWS) and not-for-profit (e.g., Baylor College of Medicine, RTI International) organizations. As leader of small to large (>270 employees) teams, Kimberly has solved healthcare and educational challenges nationally and globally, advising governments in 10+ countries.
Kimberly currently consults with companies upskilling and diversifying their workforce. By applying the learning architecture that she developed, she empowers workers to learn cloud-technical skills and understand how to use innovation to improve every aspect of their jobs.
