Dan is an avid entrepreneur who enjoys improving and innovating business models. His experience spans across start-up ventures through multiple corporate leadership positions. Most notably, Dan was Vice President of Innovation & Corporate Development at Roth Staffing Companies and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Dan built multiple new business lines, managed all training and development, revised the employer brand, and instilled a new interview process focused on culture-first hiring. Most recently, Dan led an e-commerce company as COO, streamlining processes, growing new markets, and building an international presence, ultimately leading the company to a successful exit.

Dan brings extensive knowledge and experience from the staffing industry to MHG and has developed a deep understanding for hiring the right people at the right time. While ideas, process, and execution are crucial to client and candidate success, Dan believes the single most important factor, always, is the right talent. Throughout his deep dives into hiring processes, Dan has uncovered keys to identifying complementary skill set, workplace culture fit, and passion for specific roles to improve hiring success.
Dan holds a bachelor degree from Tulane University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. When not focused on talent management, you can find Dan on a golf course, or enjoying time with his family in sunny Cleveland, Ohio.
